***For reservations booked for travel from August 1st to October 31st, we offer a flexible cancelation policy if there is bad air quality. If the AQI on the Air Quality Now smartphone application is rated at 125 AQI or higher within 48 hours of your stay, a guest may cancel for a full refund, less a 5% processing fee. The guest will be allowed to cancel no sooner than 48 hours before check-in. To cancel, the guest must send a screenshot of the Air Quality Now AQI showing a 125 AQI or higher for the town they are staying to stay@tahoemtproperties.com with their cancelation request, no sooner than 48 hours before check-in and no later than 5 pm the night before arrival. Guests will receive a full refund, less 5%, for their cancelation. Due to scheduling, we will not be able to process a refund for late cancels after 5 pm the night before check-in or same day cancelation requests. If a guest chooses to arrive, Tahoe Mt. Properties will offer no refunds or credits for poor air quality.***

This Northstar home is perfect for your family getaway to the mountains! Conveniently located on Basque Drive at Northstar, this location is ideal for your action packed Tahoe vacation! 

Upon entering the home, be stunned by the beautiful floor to ceiling windows and high vaulted ceilings that truly bring the outside in. The great room on the main floor is cozy, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Enjoy the extra large comfy couch in the roomy living area-perfect for playing board games, watching a movie or just chatting around the gas fireplace. An open kitchen and dining room help create a fun and easy atmosphere for entertaining and spending time together.

From the great room, the beauty of the Sierras can be experienced on the large deck, equipped with a gas grill and seating area.

Down the hall, two bedrooms our offered and share a bath with granite countertops and a bathtub/shower combo. The first bedroom is furnished with (2) full/twin bunks, the second is a junior master suite, appointed with a king bed.

Journey up the stairs to the loft and master suite.  In the master, a king bed, separate sitting area and flat screen TV are available-lending to a private living space. The en suite master bath is equipped with granite countertops and a stand up shower. The loft overlooks the main great room area and is furnished with a trundle bed that sleeps 2.

Northstar at Tahoe is a fun and active year round destination for the whole family! Experience the state of the art mountain bike park, golfing, concerts, village events, roller skating, hiking and a variety of shopping and dining options in the village. A free shuttle service is available year round for transportation to and from the village, only a two minute drive away.

There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.
